The Warburton Rail Trail
The
Lilydale to Warburton Rail trail is the most well know cycling trail in
Victoria. With 40km of gravel trail, this is by far one of the easiest,
and most enjoyable rides in Victoria. It starts in Lilydale and travels
40km to Warburton through small towns such as Mt Evelyn, Wandin,
Launching Place, Woori Yallock and finally Warburton. As an 80km round
trip the entire ride takes no less than 3 hours, usually a day. With
plenty of places to visit including cafes, resturants, wineries and

![]() | Doongalla Doongalla is an area of state forest at the food of Mt Dandenong. Densely populated with trees and folage, this area is most well known for some awesome singletrack and some seriously steep and technical downhill tracks. Fantastic for Cross Country with some long and challenging climbs that finish at the channel 10 tower at the top, the area has most recently been known for the challenging DH track which entails a bit of everything. With fire access tracks connecting the mountain, all tracks are easily accessible and a heap of fun. |
![]() | Lilydale Lake Lilydale Lake is a 3-4km gravel track around a local reservior. This reserve is perfect for beginner riders or those with young children who can enjoy the park and playground. The loop consists of a small hill with a lookout at the top, boardwalks and plenty of areas to relax. Rest areas, Barbeques and amenities are available, making it the perfect place to take the family. |
